What’s your standard turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 7-10 weekdays from receipt of content (+deposit) to initial design proof(s). Revisions are fielded within 24 hours. * Largescale or specialty projects such as campaigns, websites, book covers, booklets, etc. may require a custom timeline.

A rush turnaround of 2-4 days is available as an upcharge for most projects. 

What are branding standards exactly?

Branding standards, or identity standards, clearly call out core visual properties and details of the company or brand. This includes official brandmarks, fonts, colors (hex colors for digital & Pantone® colors for print), imagery samples, and usage rules. These standards boost productivity for you and your team (regardless of size), or for anyone who needs to handle your brand. It also boosts consistency for your brand image.

What is your sharing policy?

We (and our talent) reserve the right to share our process (behind the scenes, inspiration, design details) and case studies on our website(s), social media, and for self-promotion. If this policy would cause intellectual property/ non-disclosure concerns, clients can place an exception request.

Why is availability limited for web design?

Building a website is comparable to building a physical storefront which takes time + bandwidth. To avoid bottlenecking on any project we limit the number of websites we take on each quarter and offer first priority to clients who are bundling other services.

What file formats will I receive once approved?

Approved logos will be released in industry-standard formats such as vector (ai, eps, pdf), jpg images (for screen + print), and png which offers transparency.

Project work will be released in final form for production or market release. If you need the source files, which are editable, they are available at an additional cost.

What are your billing terms?

50% deposit is required to start any project. Balance will be automatically withdrawn from the credit card on file upon receipt of final proof. *Other terms apply.

Why can’t I find your pricing online?

The thought and quality of custom design are not comparable to generic brand or template-based designs. It’s just simply not the market we fall into, so we have always removed ourselves from the side by side online price checking scenario. We will say that both by our account and from the mouth of our clients, our services are well-priced with entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses in mind!

Do I retain all rights to my new logo?

As all of our logos are tailor-designed, you will retain all rights to the approved logo designs once full payment is received and logo release agreement is signed. Unapproved logo concepts are not considered ‘work-for-hire,’ so we retain all legal rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Do you run viral campaigns or social media management?

In short, we do not. We design all forms of digital marketing items from small scale to large. Once designs are approved, we release deliverables to the client for distribution.
